Points manifests

One manifest per epoch. Each pins the closing block the points were computed at and commits to the resulting recipient set with a Merkle root — the same rows the ALLO airdrop pays over.

How to verify

Recompute the epoch from public chain data at the SAME pinned closing block: an identical input set yields an identical manifest id. Then rebuild the Merkle root from the recipient entries below and compare it to the result root above — if either differs, the published set is not the one that was computed.
